Anyone recognize what this beacon is?

Trying to help someone identify this beacon. He thinks it is an Arrow 530, but I've never seen this type of motor and gear setup in an Arrow. Also trying to figure out of there is something missing where the axle exits the gear box.

Found a post by Mars Light, that identifies this as an Arrow 551. Trying to figure out if there is something missing as the axel in this one is wobbly. Can't see it good in Mars Lights pictures. I don't know how to tag someone so he would see this post.

 
Does the axle wobble? If so, it looks like what you need is a shim with an outer diameter (OD) snug to the housing and the inner diameter (ID) slightly larger than the axle. I have used plastic/rubber tubing as spacers/shims with great success. Here I use tubing to keep the gear and oscillating arm of my 144-O project at the proper height:
