From what I know it occurred when the platform went to full LED in the early-mid 2000s. Anyone know the exact year and did the Freedom happen at around the same time? From what I observed in 2000s CT anything strobe that was new was just about gone by 2005-07ish, so it appears the switchover happened fast.

Not sure about the Patriot or the Freedom, but the Liberty happened in 2000.
