Happy New Year's Eve! I need some help. We have a Tahoe PPV with the Core. It has power at 13.3v with the truck running. I won't power up, and the green light is on. I tried hooking up to the core from my laptop, and it wants to update the firmware, but it gives me a USB error. It won't let me look at the program either. My laptop works on other systems. I have reset the core system by unpowering it and repowering it but still nothing. Any ideas? Thank you in advance, and be safe!
