Wanted Federal Signal Twinsonic Gutter Hook Mounts

Looking for legs and brackets to attach my Twinsonic to my '79 Malibu police car. Numbers 45, 52, 53,54, 55, and 57 in the attached schematic. Also looking for rubber feet for the legs.
