Identification and Questions!

So Im trying to Identify and possibly find software to be able to reprogram a few things on this console.  Its from a American LaFrance MedicMaster ambulance so the support is zip being LaFrance is out of business.   Anyone that could help it would be greatly appreciated.  All were wanting is to change the name on the console and change a few option names.
