Is the support guy on from Feniex on vacation or what?
I hate to publiclly "shame" people but I'm growing increasingly frustrated with Feniex. I have a brand new 4200 that is not functioning and would like to get this thing fixed so I can finish my install.
I called support yesterday and got a voicemail and I left a voicemail with a brief description of the problem. No call back. Emailed support this morning around 0930 Central Time and have yet to hear back from the tech support person.
Pretty frustrating. First time using Feniex and it may be the last with the sour taste in my mouth right now. Am I going about this the wrong way?
