For Sale Motorcycle License Plate Frame With Blue Lights

Black metal frames used to attach smaller motorcycle license plates to motorcycle.  Two steady burn truck lights mounted one on each side of plate.  No wiring on back of lights.  Not tested but units were functioning when taken out of service.  Could be used on motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's, etc.  Used but in good condition.  Three identical units available.  $20 each plus shipping.  I do not use Paypal.  I prefer payment with a US Postal Service money order.

Ive seen these on CHiPs bikes on the show but never turned on whats their purpose?

They are a low intensity, steady burn set of lights that glow when the headlight and tail light is on. They are similar to cruise lights in some roof mounted lights. It makes the motorcycle more readily identifiable as law enforcement in the dark.
