NJ PD work build

Alright this is a build I've been meaning to post weeks ago, but never got the chance until now. Now again, like in my last post, for legal reasons I may not post the name of the department or place of work. If you can figure out where this is from, please keep it to yourself.

2017 Ford PIU, fully marked unit. After this post I will probably just be posting the work order with the parts list to make it easier, but for now I'm going to summarize

3 pairs of Ions
4 Vertex tail light package
NMStar harness
CenCom Sapphire
Liberty II
Whelen led spot light bulb
Proguard pro cell w/ half cage
Havis console
Setina Gunlock and pushbar
Whelen HLF

Now to start off easy, I threw in the new spot light bulb. I had to cut the lead on the old bulb to use the connector from the housing.

Besides the spot light, first thing, strip the car front end and interior. I went to lay out the harness and mounted CenCom and all the lights, along with the flashlight and fire extinguisher in the rear. Now I modified the Ion brackets as to mount the them behind the grill 1 red, 1 blue. Adding the next pair of ions on the rear cargo panels to be in the rear side windows, both split R/B. last pair in the factory mounts in the headlights, also split R/B.

Last of the small lights were the Vertex, 2 split R/B in the lower lenses and 2 white in the reverse.

Next I worked to finish the rear, Adding in a pair of Code 3 4 packs lights on a ball switch and on/off switch and Ecco cargo lights on an on/off switch.

Last of the lights was the light bar. The stock feet were switch out for adjustables. The lightbar went on with a strap kit, and both harnesses went across the top of the headliner to the back.

To get the veggies out of the way my first tie in was the front end, all connections under the hood were soldered and heat shrunk, every other connection done with regular butt connectors inside the vehicle. Front end went all back together and pushbar installed.
Lastly all I had to do was simply tie in everything else inside and then it was time to piece the car back together.

With the interior all back together I started on the console and the PorCell. The console went together very easy, and the MNStar harness set up for the PD to install their radios, since I used the For upfitter plugs to hook up the 12v plugs and maplight. I ended up cutting the back of the console to fit for the foot for the half cage.

The whole kit included the cargo area divider, plastic seat and floor, front half cage, and clear plastic divider.

Now for the gunlock, that later ended up getting mounted on the half cage divider right behind the driver seat. If you guys have any questions about this feel free to ask. Eventually when the parts come in I'll be doing a slick top version of this car with LP lights, Mirror beams. and a front and rear Inner Edges.
