Is that a camera screen/controller at the top of the console? Also looks like a Harris mobile?

It's a Panasonic camera/control head thingy. They can also use their laptop to view videos.

Yeah I agree. NDHP is not exactly the most "aggressive" highway patrol out there. In fact, they are a night and day difference from the Minnesota State Patrol. But that's how people in ND like it I guess.

Canadian, which department are you looking at... This is the only Canadian car that looks anywhere similar... Quebec Provincial Police...

Gasp! ;)

White, brown/yellow stripes, rear chevrons... Has a Canadian flavor to me...(and I mean it as a compliment ;) )

Wow that body is ugly in white. Needs a push bumper with some baja lights, and lose the granny rims.

It really needs to get rid of the hubcaps and get some center caps.

The NDHP has a couple of the new Tahoe PPVs and I've seen the Caprice PPV twice, and THAT car stands out more than the new Ford in my opinion. I agree Lafd55, get rid of the hubcaps and have black rims with center caps to "mean" up the car a bit.

I think the hubcaps they have for the Taurus are disgusting looking. But then again not a big fan of the caprices ones either

Where I live, the RCMP patrol the highways. I think most of the cars have LED light bars now, and since the early 1990s the cars have been white with a blue, yellow, and red rainbow stripe on the sides.

** By the way does anyone know whether the North Dakota State Patrol is now using the Red/Red or Red & Blue LED color combo in those lightbars?

I can help with that question. Up until a few years ago, the NDHP ran all red lightbars, an amber traffic adviser in the bar to the rear and amber deck lights. Now they run the traditional red and blue lightbar with amber traffic adviser and rear deck lights in this pattern: amber/red-driver's side, red/blue-passenger's side

The body on that thing looks like it's built for speed. It even looks fast sitting still.

A little off topic, but I'm noticing more State/Highway Patrol agencies not putting push bumpers on thier vehicles recently. I can understand city/couty agencies, but one would think these would be handy on the highways and byways. When I worked for a city department I used mine once in ten years, but the Troopers around here use them all time to clear minor wrecks and disabled vehicles.

It seems more people in my area are getting PB's, which I approve of. Makes the cars look a lot better and can save money in the long run.

My old dept put them on all cars bought in 05 and up. It was a rural area with a lot of deer near the limits and most of the guys lived out in the county some where. The PB's paid for them selves when someone would hit a deer and the car was only damaged instead of totaled (not to mention the officer wasn't hurt at all).
