That was a waste of time. Who was the office jockey that thought that would work. I say let them go and one will get hit and they calm down or block the street entirely and cause so much of a traffic jam that they can't ride at all.

Maybe I'm not really understanding but it sure looks like the NYPD was causing more problems then the skateboards with the net thing.

Screw that, next time they shoot the bastards with tasers and bean bag rounds! That will get the point across. But maybe the wrong point.. eh? :duh:

The obvious point being made by the city is that eco-friendly modes of transportation are too dangerous and therefore must be controlled by the government, much like large beverages... :confused:

Yeah, make the streets safer for cars, not people.

Actually, people should share the road, but some drivers are pigs and they think they own the road.

What the heck was that going to do?


Arrest or cite for pedestrian interfering with vehicular traffic. That's the only way to curb that behavior.
