Wanted Par 46 LED Flashing Spotlight Bulb

I am looking for a par 46 LED spotlight bulb that can replace a standard spotlight bulb that can function as both a steady burn spotlight as well as a flashing, colored warning light. I know Whelen makes one but other companies may make them as well. Thanks in advance for any help.

Someone has a Red/White one on ebay but wants too much for it. Its a Whelen brand bulb. He wants too much for some of the other stuff he sells...ugh.
