I recently acquired this setup from the late member @Hoser 's collection. It is a full vehicle setup of the Police Storm (brand) ColorStorm PRO LED sticks. These were sent to Celina, Ohio in 2007. I haven't been able to find any literature on them unfortunately. They require an external CPU to function and they connect via waterproof connectors end-to-end. The CPU has five not awesome patterns to pick from. Due to their shape, they are a little hard to get great photos and video of.
