Remote switches for Able2 4 Function Dash Mount Siren

I have an Able 2 Four Function Dash Mount Siren that fit well into my old car, but not so well into my new car. I want to disconnect the switches and use an on-off-on switch for the wail/yelp and a mom on/off/mom on switch for the phaser/horn. I'm thinking a couple SPDT switches will do the job. Can anyone confirm that I do want SPDT type switches?

yep just make sure it has a center off
