If you are an emergency services responder and are not familiar with these folks, you should be.  They have added another module to their on-line training offerings: "Best Practices for Deploying Emergency Lighting". 

Have you ever heard about emergency scene lights drawing drivers into the incident, "like moths to a flame"?   That's one of the things mentioned in this course.  How about what colour lights work best for a given time of day?  It's here, too.

So, whether this is new to you or you could use a refresher (and who can argue with that?), go ahead and check them out.

Jazz that is probably the best info I've found online thus far.  Highly recommend the Emergency Lighting Awareness course.
