$40 for a NIB Signal Stat 374?????? I paid $135 for a used one that was all original and had a tag with almost no weathering and thought that was a fair deal. These old Signal Stat beacons are hard enough to find in good condition, but NIB? And for only $40??????????????????

Update:
i'm wondering if this was a case of being too good to be true. i recvd a message from the seller this morning in which he stated that he will be returning my payment indicating the light was run over by his son last night in their garage and was destroyed. whether this is true or not i would be more inclined to believe the seller realized that the light was worth more and may have recvd a better offer. oh well, i guess you win some and lose some.

I always lay my lights down on the garage floor where they can get run over. He atleast come up with a better one then that.

Rob (Stampeed Valkyrie) messaged the seller and got a response indicating the light was damaged and not available, so it sounds like the guy was on the level. another nice vintage light that appears to be headed to the trash. what a shame/waste.

Yep. That's why when people know their item is gonna be sold soon, you'd think they would put them somewhere safe, but I guess some can't think that far. Irresponsibility is all on the seller in this case.
