Unable to send private messages- Site functioning properly for this member per staff

I have seen this issue in several threads but all of them appear to be locked so I am unable to report it anywhere but opening a new thread. I am too having issues sending private messages. Getting the error "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."

This is not a site technical issue, as stated in all of the other threads. There is no need to continue to create new threads on this. PM a staff member instead. Thread locked.
