Whelen Cencom Sapphire open box
Cencom Sapphire system complete. Was used twice as a loaner unit but only the control head and the ARM (control unit). All items are present as would be shipped from the factory and I will print out installation instructions to include them with the unit. Price includes shipping to continental U.S.and pay pal only on this item. No trades please. These are no cheaper than $900 anywhere on the internet so this is a steal at $425 including shipping.
