Depending on what flasher in there you could use the current flasher to power two more lamps. I believe most of the flashers in there have four outputs.

Its the feniex headliner bracket. They only make one headliner bracket for the cobra dash lights.

Anyone ever use one of these brackets for the cobra dash lights? How is it intended to mount to the headliner? Any pictures of one installed with this bracket would be helpful.

I'm pretty sure I would pull over, because that's what the law says.  When something is behind me or I hear a siren, I don't take 5 minutes to decide if the vehicle is worthy of pulling over for.  Come on.  

I would say because of the bumper curve, the lights are mounted straight.  The gap makes it look that way.
