You would have to set everything to steady burn and wire it all to an external flasher. What is the vehicle used for? It's not often we see red/white on a CVPI, here in Indiana. FD officer and/or chase vehicle?

I'm not wrong in saying that Hardin County is a very rural county/area. I practiclly grew up there. Nowhere did I compare or contrast it to any other part of the country.
