    Yes, it could very well be a IV B or maybe this V B model? These sirens were all 75W right? The sound on the siren in the video sound at least that it like was 300W =) ....compered to the 100W sirens on the vehicles that drove away first.

    Painted domes

    I am not sure what paint has been used but on the picture it seems that they have have been spraypainted. Original color of the domes were blue. The seller says that when the lightbar flashes it shines thru the White paint....uuh....that must look quite strange or what??

    Yep, buy everything you can get, if they are willing to sell and if the prices are good. Once when I asked to a buy siren from an old ambulance in a junkyard in Sweden the owner told me "No, I don´t want to sell it, I might get in trouble with the insurance company if I sell it".
