Outer Edge WeCan on Carbide, Command programming

So, I'm looking at adding an Outer Edge and for the life of me looking at install sheets I have no idea how to wire it to WeCan and program it in Command. I mean, it's pretty simple to use the pinouts and add them to an output module, but if it's WeCan compatible there must be a better way?

    Upcoming outfit, Carbide/Cantrol/InnerEdge questions

Hey, I've been gone from this site for a very long time but I'm happy it's still here! I have a new position as an EMS director, and I get a 2017 Fusion Energi to outfit as I see fit. My preliminary plan is a simple, not too-over-the-top clean setup. Grille: 2 ION Duo R/W Front lightbar...

Need study to prove ineffectiveness of split patterns

Hey guys! My boss wants to hear what we have to say about our trucks, especially the lighting package. Right now, they absolutely love the part-split, part-pinwheel pattern we have on our ambulances, that make them look like a big blob of red light having a seizure. They insist on saying...

This morning, around 400 paramedics, firefighters and police officers climbed the 50 floors of a building in Montreal to collect funds to fight Muscular dystrophy. I had my full turnout gear, helmet and Scott pack (turned on). It was an amazing experience, though now my legs refuse to work !

    Cantrol

Hey guys. Whelen has a data sheet for the Cantrol system on their website, on which they state "sold through Cantrol distributors only". Who are they, and where is that system ? And perhaps more importantly, how much is it ?

If you speak French - TV show on police

Guys, I don't know if anybody here speaks French, but here CBC/Radio-Canada made a TV show based extensively on SPVM/Montreal Police. They went on ride-alongs for three years (!) and they had extensive police training. It results in one of the most realistic police shows ever. The procedures...

    Cantrol ETA ?

Guys, I'm working on a 3 to 6 vehicle setup and I'd really like to know an ETA and ballpark pricing on the new Cantrol system. It's going to be installed in 2011 Charger Pursuit vehicles, so not right now but soon. Feel free to PM me if need be - I won't share anything unless authorized.
