Complicated is an understatement! As much as the 2200 has its issues the software was a lot easier to work with. I’ll continue tinkering on this and reply back with what I find out.

Another thought on this, if the horn 12v unit will go straight to the activation wire on J8, does that actually free up output 9 to be used as another regular output?

The speakers are hooked up right since I can get the unit to produce tones I’ve signed to other buttons. So I know that’s working. I’ll have to check the volume adjustment too. Never touched it yet but maybe it was accidentally turned down. and I’ll check the outputs like you mentioned. thanks

I don’t have the park kill feature hooked at all so it shouldn’t matter about the gear. i intercepted the horn ring wire pretty much right before the horn in the front of the truck. On the 2200 I swear it was on positive activation so that is what I matched for the 3200.

Thanks for the config file. I think it's lining up with what I'm doing now. Best way I learn is simply trial and error. so when this unit every comes in, I'll probably spend the better part of an afternoon adjusting things once I see how the unit is behaving in the vehicle.

No worries. I see a few Whelen TA sticks available which follow the wiring that has been described here. But if what I have works, just controlled by a separate controller. Don’t see the need to go out and buy a whole new arrow stick just so the HHS unit can control it.
