    AeroDynic 25RWLI2 domes config

Not too many variations of this bar. There is one with only one amber dome, the other one being all-red except the 2 clears for work/brake lights. Also, consider all-red except work lights or the "police wrecker" style with blue/red and clear work lights.

Aerodynic Model 24C, or 24CA questions

I believe all C/CA models had alley mirrors. This is the description of the bar from an old brochure: "California version. Two synchronized rotating lights on each side adjacent to the speaker, plus four (two facing forward, two to the rear) steady burning/flashing lamps per side, in...

    Favor from US eBay members

I heard about that and experienced some similiar things also. But, GSP is actually a very cheap way to ship a 52 inch bar! I pay around $500 for shipping and custom fees, while shipping alone by FedEx/USPS is around $1200 plus customs. As I always replace domes and restore the bars, I don't...

    Favor from US eBay members

Hey guys, I was hoping someone registered on ebay.com was able to contact the seller of this model 24 Aerodynic: http://www.ebay.com/itm/222670891684 I would like to ask the seller if he is able to add the Global Shipping option for this article, as he states to ship worldwide in the...

    Different AeroDynic halogen bulbs

Interesting. So the large 795 halogen bulb can be considered user-modification.

    Different AeroDynic halogen bulbs

Hi guys, I was just wondering about the different halogen bulbs used in AeroDynics. I know halogen was an option to upgrade from regular bulbs. But why do some bars have the classic small H1 plug-in halogen bulbs and some others a larger bayonet socket halogen lamp?

    Aerodynic 24C CA question

That's interesting, so you are positive there were factory C/CA models with the plastic holders?

    Aerodynic 24C CA question

They do overlap for a few years, so there could be C/CA bars with plastic holders. Still need a picture to prove that though. Checked some episodes of T.J.Hooker and Dukes of Hazzard yesterday. Saw only metal holders, even with the old speaker grille. (Picture from Dukes Season 1)

    Aerodynic 24C CA question

Hi guys, check Eric's nicely restored bar if you are not sure what a C/CA model is on the Aerodynic: http://elightbars.org/forums/threads/my-restored-federal-signal-ca-spec-aerodynic-24ca.4376/ I was wondering if anyone knows if there were C/CA models with the later plastic PAR holders instead...

    AeroDynic 24R-RC

Cleaned, polished and put new domes on. Will make it an all-blue later on. Can't tell a difference from my 24XQ when it runs... but thanks for your hints about the "RC" tag anyway.

    AeroDynic 24R-RC

Hey guys, I recently purchased an AeroDynic with red domes and siren which looked like a normal 24R to me. It's supposed to come off a Fire Chief truck and has a FS TS100 siren. Now that I pulled the domes to check and refurbish the bar, I found the tag "24R-RC" in it. A quick research did not...

FedSig Aerodynic - interesting tow truck version

Thanks guys, that's really a nice find. If I get a Chance and find parts for it, I will rebuild a "Holmes" style bar.

FedSig Aerodynic - interesting tow truck version

Hey guys, found this interesting Aerodynic in West Yellowstone, MT today. It's mounted on a local tow/service truck. It is not the average wrecker version of the Aerodynic as it has the sealed beams in the center and a siren housing. Hope you guys like this find. Anyone know a model number or...

My Aerodynic / Aerotwinsonic collection in Germany

Thanks for all the replies. Yes I restored them myself, some were in good condition, some were pretty horrible. I bought new domes for the RVF and the EAH at Fed Sig in Chicago. I started to collect about 10 years ago but only had european beacons and some bars at that time. Then I switched...
