    Green leds for fire vehicles

Green means go. What color light do I want people to ignore when someone is directing traffic or asking for the right of way? I don't understand what genius thought we should use a color that signifies "all good" or "go" at situations where things are obviously not all good and STOP.

Bunch of Federal Signal SS2000SM's available

I was gonna say the other day if you don't require a manufacturer sheet you can always make it yourself and have staples or walmart print it on quality material and then use some sort of adhesive to stick it to the buttons.  I'm going to print mine on one of those transparent presentation...

I already said I don't respond code so that KRS doesn't apply. You're trying to make an issue where none exists and its not very professional kid. Given that there are 12 EMS agencies, 20+ Fire Departments, and at least 3 rescue squads (probably a lot more) that I know of in/around Lexington...

Both, but I'm firmly against running code in my POV because of insurance. Had an open and shut case get denied by insurance once and they basically told me I didn't pay enough in premiums to be worth paying out the comprehensive coverage. No way I'm gonna put myself in financial jeopardy just...

I'm not really sure why you're trying to stir the pot then, nowhere does the KRS require 360 degree lighting in motion or not. KRS 189.940 gives me the option to sit on a roadway with only ONE light of my choice on if I choose and siren doesn't need to be sounded unless I want right of way in...

I don't run code, I can't see my insurance covering it and I've never been on a fire/accident scene where I needed anything more than rear warning. Last night I had to sit behind cars at an intersection till it turned green so I could u-turn past the median to get to an accident, but I can't...
