It is possible to just replace the Deck mount housing with the Surface mount housing, as I've done that with several Nforce lights. I'm not sure about the dash light housing, as I have not done that yet.

The easiest way would be to call up Whelen, and they can send you a CD directly. I was on a little time crunch, and a member here was very kind to send me the software, but Whelen was only a few days behind him.

I am placing my vote for the Whelen Freedom, the code3 2700 bar, or the soundoff Nforce bar for the 360 customizable scene lighting.

Where did you end up running your wires for the rear light bar? Looking to do something similar with my Grand Cherokee.

I have several of their products, and outfitted 4-5 vehicles with them including our Ecco unit. Only had one lighthead go bad, and SNM replaced it no questions asked (it was even outside of the warranty period by several months). I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them.

I can certainly check back when I get back from vacation in a week. I would highly recommend mounting the battery for the lights just below the main cross bar between the seat and handlebars. This leads for the best balance and shortest wiring run.
