Let me bring this thread up. I have the same set of controllers and a full set of wiring harness. I cannot find a documentation on it however. Anyone has an internal wiring diagram for these bars? Just trying to find out which connector goes to what light head position.

Ok, I tried WeCan 5 instead of Command and that seems to be working, I was able to program the bar. I am still trying to figure out wiring but I have some functions working already :)

I tried both with the lightbar connected and without. Also tried with nothing but the USB cable only and with 12V connected.

Hello. I am completely new to WeCan. I am building a new bar from parts and have a skeleton Freedom bar with a wecan. Everything is actually connected up inside the bar: the main board (or should I say boards as there are 4 units) of the bar and the wecan controller gen 2 itself. I connected...

Just wondering if you picked up the bar and started any conversion? I would like to see more photos of it if possible, as others said these are rare in Europe and it would be a waste to convert. I am located in Hungary and perhaps I can help you out with some parts or trade.

Thanks for the clarification. I have not seen any explanation for this until now. So may I suggest to change the error message to make this clear? Members naturally assume there is a technical issue if there is a function that suddenly stops working.

I would not worry about the gaps that much. Although it is noticable I don't thank the actual gap is too large. The modules are probably close to each other but their frame looks to be darker making the gap visually larger. This thing reminds me of the SoundOff 2X bars.
