Looks to be a custom printed pcb board and a 3d printed enclosure. Funny, I actually just ordered some customs pcbs yesterday that I designed for an upcoming build in order to do the same thing.

A good source for 12volt wiring info is the12volt.com, and here is a link to their RELAYS section. That should atleast help you understand relays and how/when to use them.

Purchase a soundoff ConfigureIt and you can program the light to do what you are wanting. Here is a link to where I purchased mine from - Soundoff Signal ConfigureIt

Unfortunately the nforce are not compatible. This was my hope as well but right now only mpowers, intersectors and undercovers are compatible. Glad I could help :)

With the programmer, you can set up the light as you described, plus more if needed, essentially you can have 6 different "modes" but you are limited to 1 flash pattern for the light. So you cannot setup a different flash pattern between the red wire and red/white wire and so on. Hopefully they...

You can create a custom table with the Soundoff Signal ConfigureIt bluetooth programmer. But without the programmer you are limited to the 3 pre-programmed function tables. I have no affiliation with them but here is a link to where I purchased mine, Soundoff Signal ConfigureIt Programmer
