While diagnosing a Green/Amber Code 3 Torus lightbar i recently got, I noticed that some of the modules are in an unresponsive hyperflash seizure mode. This pattern can't be changed, even with touching the JP1 prongs. Does it mean the flasher chip has failed or there is a short somewhere?
