There is no designated steady burn on the H-2220, the pattern you have it set to is the closest you'll get using it. You could switch to the Whelen ULF44 Flasher which does have a designated steady burn

He can argue that no blue lights were used, cause it'll look all purple with those patterns

That's what's confusing me. Those look like Braun MasterTech systems, which should be able to switch between cameras. But I'm not as versed on those as much as I'd like
