    Ok, then... all I'm sayin is we had to turn it back ON in my 2nd sapphire. It was already on in my 1st one. Which is what I said to begin with... if it's not bavklit, it's been turned off in Command and needs to be turned back ON.

    Screenshot, click backlight. I have two sapphires. I took the backlight enabled control head out of my semi and put it in my k9 unit, no longer had backlight. It was turned off here...

    Yes. It's in one of the top row drop downs like acm inputs ... I had the same problem. Wires 7 and 14 connected but no backlight ...

    Vision Lightbar

    Is it a Vision or Premium Vision? I have a few ss2000sm premium vision brains. I also have the programming guides.

    You may have to check the "enable legacy lightbar pattern" box in the transfer window. Also, if you lose power to the bar, it will say check the I/O board. Mine failed to load and wouldn't work. Rewriting the file with the legacy box checked corrected the issue.
