need some brackets for whelen par28 to mount on my truck. or if someone call tell me the part number to look for

Does anyone have any mounting options for these lightheaded? Surface mount or something

I can only find mounting options for newer applications:

• P28DC11 - Optional Fog Light Mounting Kit for 2011-2014 Dodge Charger, Requires Optional Dodge OEM Fog Light Hardware and Bracket or the Fog Light Bezel, Purchased from Dodge
• P28FX11 - Optional Fog Light Mounting Kit for 2013-2015 Police Interceptor Utility, Requires Optional Ford OEM Fog Light Hardware and Bracket, Purchased from Ford

Also, arethe 3.5 mounts usable with the 4 inch lights? Do they attach to thesame screw holes pattern?
