1970's Detroit EMS Unit - Interesting Grill Lights

These units have a Twinsonic on the roof, 2 model 14's on the top box, but what are the two lights mounted on the grill? Are those Juniors? They don't seem to be working in the video's so it's hard to tell what's inside.

It looks like there might be at least two different trucks in the video. At 0:32, notice one of the model 14s has a clear lens, while throughout the rest of the video the both have red lenses.

The siren is a PA20A series 2E.

The grill lights are Federal Model 15A Junior Beacon Rays.
