Ok guys... I know it sounds strange, but I want to put visor and deck lights in my 2003 BMW, but as you guys can guess, no one has an exact model for me. Can anyone here help me out with ideas, POCs at companies, or maybe just maybe some personal experience!?!

As long as you aren't looking for a full interior bar, anything should be fine. Also look for pictures of UK cop cars, they use stuff like BMW's a lot.

if u could post some pics of your car (so we can see what we're working with, as opposed to just looking for generic '03 325 pics on google), that'd probably help solicit some more responses.

also, providing information like intended use, budget, lighting laws, etc. would help

like Rl1 said, the UK cops use BMWs a lot so it wouldn't hurt to look in that direction. however, from my experience, most of their installs on sedans are pretty limited to a beacon on the roof and maybe some grill lights, so u may not get too far there

Ok guys I will post some pics when I get a chance. I have lived in Europe for a while and they do utilize BMWs as emergency vehicles, but like pdk9 said, there are many interior examples everything is pretty much roof mounted.

As for use, I am volunteer fire, so strictly red and white is what I am looking for. I want to do a visor mounter light bar like a Whelen Inner-edge or whatever Code3's equivalent to that is. I am flexible on brand as long as it fits and is dependable. as for price... well used would always be better, but I am willing to pay for quality...

I will work on pics and dimensions later this evening. Thanks guys.

It's not that unusual, a town to the north of me and very ritzy actually used BMW's for quite some time that was sold to the department at an extremely low cost from the dealership in town.

There was someone on the old board who did an install on an E46 3-series. I'm interested to see how this turns out, my next car is more than likely going to be a E46 330i/ci with the ZHP package. :)

Is there a link to the old board, or do you know if that person is still on this board? I would love to get some details on what they did. I am heading out to take pictures of the car I will post them in a couple minutes.
