I built this truck a couple of years ago for the local Marshal's Office. This is a special services vehicle used by the Chief Deputy Marshal for all kinds of operations. Again, this agency runs all blue and has an extensive budget, so I have a lot of latitude to build it the way I see fit. This install is my personal benchmark.

We call it the BatMobile because the driver has maintained the nickname "Batman" for always having a vehicle that is loaded with lighting and sound. Enjoy!

this is the only time i can recall love at first sight. quick question tho...why throw 200s throw-lights? (i've seen that u use the 200s, which i think is a great product, as a throw-light, but it seems like a light that's big to store when not in use + that vehicle has tons of lighting [which i love, of course])

Most of the vehicles you see built this way are for the same department, and the BatMobile driver who is the equipment decision maker is a BIG Tomar fanatic, so you'll see those 200S lights whenever the application can support them. Even though they're technically "throw lights" they'll never really be taken down or removed!

I can tell you that if Tomar offered a product for every application on these builds, you'd see a lot more Tomar on these vehicles, because the man loves Tomar. Whelen and Code3 reps have been trying to woo this guy off of Tomar and solely into their products, and he ain't budging!

Very nice install. I used to be a huge Whelen fanatic them I discoverd Tomar. I liked it so much I became a distributer for Tomar. I agree with the Deputy Chief. I guess if you built the Batmobile today you could of put Rect14's on the running boards. Tomar is coming out with HAW Led's and interior lightbars soon , as well as a rect13 lightstick. I love the blue underglow never seen in on a PD car before. Who makes it?

"has an extensive budget"

You mean they like spending our tax monies.....

Yeah, that's what I mean. If it really bothers you, write your local politician a bitch and moan letter about it and see how far that goes.....

Seriously, with all of the millions of wasted tax dollars being spent on bridges to nowhere, dung beetle mating habit studies, and $400.00 toilet seats purchased by your illustrious military, you want to single out emergency equipment in a police vehicle as excessive?

This install has been buried for close to two years now so I decided to bring it back to life because it is such a badass install. This is still the epitome of perfection IMO. lol!!
