2014 Durango Feniex ILB Install Help

Looking for some advice on a Durango install. I have a new Feniex Fusion ILB that is a vehicle specific bar, and when attempting to install this the bar does not seem to line up right. There is a significant gap (1/2 inch) from the shroud edge to window, and these mounts are flimsy as hell. I have installed Inneredges before and they were solid which is what I was hoping for with this. Feniex solution: "get some foam or rubber gasket so it reduces flashback" Ummm no, I would like my bar to mount correctly in the first place.

Looking for advice or insight. Thanks!

I just did one on a 2019 Dodge Durango Pursiuit and had the exact same issue. Luckily I have experience in fabrication and was able to reconfigure the bends in the provided brackets. The bar is now tight to the headliner and windshield with all the provided gaskets and brackets. I spent over an hour tweaking the brackets in a table vise. The end result is as it should have come from the company. Good luck with your install, I was not about to half a** it with foam.
