Easiest way to get this done? Not sure if it is civillan or an interceptor. Have to hide a dipole antenna behind the bumper on a UC vehicle.

There are a series of bolts to be removed from the front half of the wheel well on both sides. And then there are a series of bolts to be removed under neath the bumper. And there are some more bolts under a hidden cover on the front half of the plastic piece above the wheel well. Also open the hood and there are a series of bolts above the radiator that need to come off also. I hope that this describes it good enough.

So just take out any hardware from the tires forward............

It's tedious, and there are compression clamps that hold the plastic around the wheel wells... you'll feel like you're about to snap it when they give free.

I highly recommend getting a good set of non-marring plastic body panel puller/plier tools to undo those.  Here's some photos and the hardware I removed.
