I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude, and would like to add an ignition override , similar to a Sound Off Signal switch.
My Jeep has the key fob type ignition, which seems to make things very limited for choices, as opposed to a physical "keyed" ignition.
What are the options available? GM and Ford fleets had options for "protected idle" in the vehicle software, but can't find anything for the Jeeps.
I have a mobile locksmith business, and am using the Jeep as my service vehicle, while getting started in the business.
The Jeep is far from ideal, but it's what I have to work with at the moment. Hopefully, I should be able to get a van in the future.
Any help you can offer would be appreciated.
