Hello C-19 participants,
This 2015 Chevy Tahoe SSV was recently acquired by me. Purchased used, I first met her on the bay*. She had 52k w 10k idle hours. Passed the sniff test when i met her in person, And drove her 1k miles home to New England.
With that said tentative plans are moving along for upfit. Like my last install, I will seek some assistance from my man John over at @SafetyLighting once I have the majority laid out and installed. Here is what she is getting.

a friend has a LC inner edge all red at a great price. Pair of Fusuon R/W grill, factory flasher, and mirror beams. Single speaker and a Hammer. Rear side windows LS12’s, factory tail flasher, the rear I think I’m going w four Crescents from Louis as the spoiler had what appears to be four surface mounted vertex in her prior life. And I’m toying around the idea of a plate bracket w Fusions in RW that I have..

Nice! I just got issued a 2020. XLP in the windshield, 4 ions in the grill, LINZ6s on the side of the push bumper, OEM HLF/TLF, dominator in the rear window and a pair of vertex beside the plate. Simple but works for what my agency does.

So 2020 has been a rough one......
I finally got some time and motivation to add to the build. The rear spoiler has the crescents mounted with a pigtail into the cabin. And the mirrors will be reinstalled tomorrow and the doors buttoned up. The weather has been fantastic for working in the driveway.

Oh man I love the color matched ions and mirror beam housings. That looks super sharp. Would love to see the Cresent bezels color matched as well, I bet they'd disappear into the spoiler. Looking great and can't wait to see more

So after a very long period of time, I have begun to work on the Tahoe again. Spent a day on the tailgate, plate bracket Fusion 180’s. A pair of r/w Whelen cabin lights, finished the slimlights in the new grill, and I’m now elbows deep into the “brains”….

With that said asking for the help with picking up Dome circuit positive + for puddles, Thank you in advance for any pointers, I’m sure I’ll think of more I’ll need, this is my first Hoe…
Enjoy some teasers…

Here’s some grabs from vids of testing connections with a drill battery…

Do any of the members know if there is a hot signal in the tunnel for interior/cabin lights?
Bueller.?.?…..

Recent update includes finally sucking it up and pulling the nose. Classier grille and fog light kit…speaker to the existing cross brace, my learning curve on Core is rounding the first bend. Some pics to make it worth the read….

Another step in my install almost complete.
Fusion’s in R/W offset front corners. Having to overcome the downward pitch, I used a donor Whelen 700 gasket cut to size to assist in a level mount. Worked pretty good. Screen grabs from connection testing with my trusty Craftsman battery.

Can we get an updated vid (full walk around)? Looks great so far!

The only thing I didn’t love was the fusions there cuz they always look bulky to me when surface mounted (granted, I know you had them on hand in your OP). Although they’re tucked in the fog lights, I would’ve preferred something more low-pro & linear, like a t-ion mini or Mpower there

Also, how you liking the crescents? I personally think they beat the warning output of linsv2’s

I will work on a proper video to post.
The Crescents are worth every penny IMO. Remarkably bright and true dual colors across the entire lighthead. My V ions, being R/W only “show” red in the middle, the white is only direct aim from lighthead and cost 3X as much per head.

I like how the Fusions came out there. I mounted them as high and tight as I could, they blend right in. They are flush with the contour of the corner, so the bulky factor is moot in this application. If one fails, I’d be in a bit of a pickle, with them off the market now (shame as they were a great budget friendly alternative light).
I think I’ve decided to put a pair of Cannons in the taillights in the lower larger portion. Really wish she had the factory flashers on birth. I’ve still yet to send my LS12’s to Wilson for some color swapping for the rear side windows. And then I’ll probably add a pair of T3’s to each running board (also lights I have on hand). And the NOS Hammer I bought on here that didn’t work from day 1 still needs to go back to Texas.
Thanks for the kind words everyone.
Happy Independence Day all.

Here’s some quick clips lit up. Turn your volume off as her idle seems loud and I couldn’t figure out how to post the clips without sound. Lol.
Mode 2 w Cruise activated and Mode 3
