2015 Whelen Liberty I/O connection

Hi everyone,

Apologies if this already has been asked, but I can't find an answer. I have a 2015 Liberty I/O with an odd port that none of my other Liberty bars have. P/N is 01-0269879-00E. It's the small 3 pin connection to the right above the personality chip ports. Picture of identical board attached.

Basically, curiosity is killing me and I would love to know what is for & what it does.
