I got it figured out, however the reverse lights are not coming on now at all, but the brake lights are flashing as intended. When I hooked up the drivers side and tested it, the passenger side was flashing while I had not messed with any wires on that side. Anyone had this issue and/or know how to fix it?

Thanks

You have to put the flasher AFTER the plug/harness located in the pass wheel well where the trailer light T connection would go. If you don't it will confuse the BCM.
