4x6 wide lux equivalent

I'm thinking of changing out the turn signals and backup lights on a BlueBird MICU to LED, and thought the widelux would be an easy takeover as the size is equivalent, and i think they'd fit in the rear locations fine if i don't use the bezel, but the optics would spread up and down in front. Great if the air unit wants to know I'm turning.

Is there another lighthead like the feniex widelux that can do stop, turn, tail warning natively and have dual color in a 4x6- but can be mounted vertical?
