Able 2 Show-me Show-off Expand A bar Lightbar

I ran into one of there at an auction and picked it up. I thought I would document the build quality of the lightbar overall. What we have here is an Able 2 Sho-me Expand-A-Bar 57" Below is an example of the features of these bars.

• Single-level halogen light bar is available in multiple lengths and colors.
• Available in 27 1/2", 37 1/2" 47 1/2" and 57 1/2" lengths.
• Only 4 5/8" H & 9 1/4" D.
• Amber, blue, clear or red split domes can be mixed or matched in any combination.
  Made of UV-resistant polycarbonate.
• Super-quiet gear-driven rotators are shock-mounted and have aluminum-plated reflectors.
  Available with amber, blue or red polycarbonate filters. 50W Halogen Bulb. Specify either 120 or 240 RPM
• Choose either diamond-shaped or angled stainless steel mirrors to enhance each flash.
• Accommodates optional alley and take-down lights. 35 Watt, MR-11 Bulb

I can concur the rotators on these bars are very quiet.

Diamond mirrors are chrome coated plastic.

Screws are stainless steel.

Lense sections are held together by spring clips

I will upload a video of the bar after R&R but It does throw a lot of light for a budget bar.

Unsure on the build date of 9-08-86 (if anyone knows when these were offered let me know in the comments below.

It kind of reminds me of the old Federal Signal Target Tech bars.
