So I was surprised to find only a black power cable & a small 2 conductor gray cable coming out of this old lightbar. Opened it up & found this

The plug for the small 2 conductor cable is broke off the board so before I go parting it out I wanted to verify this was a serial controlled lightbar that had seen its last days in service. So is it :?:
