Hello ELB, I am the chief of American Traffic Security, we are a non-for profit organization that provides funeral escort services for veterans and soldiers in the state of Indiana. We work closely with the Indiana chapter of Patriot Guard Riders. I am currently looking for some equipment in red, because I was just informed today by a very good friend that is also a state trooper that the state law is changing and funeral escort companies can not flash red and blue now while escorting a funeral. The new law goes into effect on 07/01/12 so i need to find some lighting only in red to maintain bring compliant with the new law. Like I said we are a non-for profit and we only get to operate off of donations. If anyone has some lighting in red / white / or amber that they are selling for cheap please let me know!!
