Any one herd these beacons

Anyone herd of or have these I have 6 in boxes with paper work but I can't get them to work. They say 12 volt

Look similar to what HeathKit used to market in the early 70s

Strobes are noted for not working after sitting for very long periods of time.

I remember those. Dan is right about the strobe tubes.

I would try and remove the domes, then check the contacts on the strobe bulbs.

It's the electronics that go bad. Capacitors, I beleive.

Run the multi meter all through it and I do believe it's the capacitors
