Any1 install Dodge Charger Whelen fogs on a 2011 Tahoe?

Like the title says. Has anyone tried to modify the Whelen fogs (FEDC06BR) on a 2011 Tahoe?

yes i have mounted the Par 36 in the Tahoe fog lights. Does it have factory fog lights to begun with? of just flat plastic?
