Anyone actually every see a Pierce Alert option installed in an advantedge?

I know the version I saw was made with a pierce alert body and two gen 1 advantedge rotators (like the inside of and OSC bar). My question is how did it mount? From what I remember it was behind a clear rotator style lens, but I don't remember the orientation of the base or how far forward it was.

I also can't find any official literature mentioning it, I don't know for sure that it wasn't special order or field "upgraded".

There was a Youtube video of a bar with one as well but it seems to have become unavailable.
