Are newer Whelen 2 wire Con3 light heads powered by 12 volts?

The entire Responder LP mini lightbar, which has 6 CON3 modules, only uses an average of 1.2 amps and has a peak load of 3.0 amps , so one individual CON3 module would normally use 0.2 amp. It would take 5 of them to use 1 amp.
