Are these original Aerodynic feet?

Looks more like StreetHawk feet, but I'm woefully out of date on anything newer than the TwinSonic. That said, I'm pretty sure those aren't the correct mounting hardware. I do recall that the JetSonic and AeroDynic used the same style mounting, at least in the early years. I have two NOS NIB mounts (one already opened) and I'll snap a pic for you, unless someone here on the site beats me to it.

Well I cant Comment really cause the one that was on my tow truck was straight bolted down... id have to look at some of the fire depts pickups still using those

I'm thinking first generation StreetHawk before Fed. Sig. went with the plastic feet.
Around here, the AeroDynics had the hard chrome feet with all those rubber buttons on them.

Aero feet early on were the tube style feet found on twinsonics and visibars. And later on the A frame style feet.
I'm not 100% on who the feet on that bar belong to but I think @Pete L. is probably right.
