I think I asked before but I can't find the post/info: I have (2) B/W Axixtech 9 LED Xtremes that have gotten moisture inside. Is there any warranty with these? My department purchased these a few years back (and over-paid) and dosen't have any paperwork. Thanks in advance!

I have already returned some lx4's and turn around was only about one week,
great customer service, too bad others would be as fast of polite as brookings.
I return returned some stuff back to whelen, no problems except to come to find
out the Whelen rep for Michigan sold some firefighters and deputy sheriff some out
dated tir3's and I am tryng to deal with that reps bad deals of selling out dated stuff.
No wonder name is being tarnished here in Michigan and other makers are coming
on strong, including the pods, no hassles on turn around time

I have a pair of the old style Chameleons, do you think Brookings will exchange them for some newer ones. I have the 4 wire versions and I know now they only have the 5 wire. Let me know cause I have a pair that has some water in them. Thanks

If they are with in the 5 years, they should exchange them no problem. Give them a call at the number listed above and see what they say.

I called them and they didnt even ask what was wrong with them, they said send them in and we'll get them swapped for ya. Thanks. The other people I was trying to deal with just kept giving me the run around.

I just warrantied an L26 LED head from them, Very easy to deal with, I emailed them asking when the light was made, they emailed back saying just to send it in and we will ship out a new one. A week later i have my new light. Awesome customer service.
I sent a bad LX4 in for replacement, went smooth. Turn around
was only about a week, not too bad
